The WAGGGS World Conference Procedures Manual is now available from the resources section of this website.
The document contains general information about the World Conference (purpose, decision-making, voting, etc.) and the rules of procedure (motions and amendments, voting sessions).
It also includes an appendix with a step-by-step guide to Conference decisions.
